Job descriptionWork in a short-term acute care hospital as a CT Technologist Primarily assigned to the CT Tech unit with occasional coverage for X-ray as needed Night shift schedule : Friday 11 : 30 PM–8 : 00 AM, Saturday and Sunday 8 : 00 PM–8 : 00 AM Weekend overnight shifts required 1 : 1 patient ratio No on-call required No floating between units within the hospital, but may be required to float between nearby sister facilities Epic EMR system is used and experience is required Scrub color is flexible; any color approved All travelers must be willing to float to sister facilities within the state if required Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment Must complete pre-start and annual training modules, averaging 16 hours Returning permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler RTO (time off) requests must be submitted up-front and are limited to 6 days in total or 3 consecutive days This is a teaching hospital environment Parking is free on site Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required Certification in CT Technology required Active license required if applicable Experience with both CT and X-ray imaging procedures Proficiency in Epic EMR required Must provide two supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel between facilities Must comply with the 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at a lower pay rate Must commit to working at least 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day) High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
