What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions as required. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Operate and monitor security-related systems such as access control devices and surveillance equipment as required. Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and on-site staff to maintain a professional and secure environment at the location. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
