What you will do :

The CSA Project Engineer will provide civil, structural, and architectural engineering expertise and project management services for capital projects at WACKER's Calvert City site. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards while delivering safe, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions. The Position requires working in a multi-discipline team with multiple interfaces to internal customers, internal services such as procurement and regulatory affairs, as well as external suppliers and contractors. I t is the responsibility of each employee to know, understand, and diligently practice our EH&S and Security policies and practices.

• Project Management : Develop project scope, schedule, and budget; manage contractors; monitor progress; prepare reports.
• CSA Engineering : Design and review civil / structural / architectural systems; ensure compliance with codes; coordinate with other disciplines. Manage and coordinate construction activities
• Compliance & Safety : Secure permits; enforce IMS and safety standards; represent WACKER with authorities.
• Continuous Improvement : Apply value engineering; drive cost and quality improvements; compile as-built documentation.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned to support the engineering.
