The Director role leads mergers and acquisitions, business partnerships and corporate strategy work with our clients. The individual will work closely with the Managing Director on market opportunities and sourcing / securing business and will drive M&A strategy, develop pipeline and lead corporate development activities.

Compensation
Bloomington, MN and New York, NY : $250,000 - $300,000 for Director I, Mergers and Acquisitions.
This role is eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI).
