Community Outreach Specialist (Inside Sales)

The Community Outreach Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting Centria's growth by managing and nurturing referral relationships in new and existing markets. This is a unique opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, providing essential support to our field sales team and acting as the primary point of contact in developing markets.

$50,000 to $60,000 plus bonus opportunity

• In Markets with a Client Relations Director (CRD) :

Collaborate and Strategize : Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the assigned CRD to discuss goals, strategies, and account progress.

Maintain regular, proactive contact with referral sources through monthly updates and strategic touchpoints between CRD visits.

Market Development : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential referral sources, analyze the competitive landscape, and understand the unique needs and challenges of the market.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of sales and / or ABA experience.

While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
