About The Position

Certifications : ACLS and PALS preferred

Must-Have :

Cath lab experience (RN, RCIS, RCES)

Description :

This position is in a cardiac catheterization lab.

The unit has 4 CV labs and is staffed with 8 personnel.

Typical staff composition includes a charge nurse, several RNs, and other support staff.

Day shift consists of 4-10 hour days or 5-8 hour days with weekly night call and rotating weekend call.

Night shift ratios vary based on staffing needs.

The unit uses GEEMR Mac Lab and Meditech equipment.

Candidates will be expected to perform various procedures including LHC / RHC, congenital, vascular, and EP procedures.

The ideal candidate is positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work as a productive team member are essential.

This lab offers a diverse range of procedures for both pediatric and adult patients in cardiac, vascular, EP, and congenital service lines.
