Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Design develop and implement tooling fixtures and equipment to support production requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues implement corrective actions and preventative measures.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flows.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by establishing manufacturing processes validating equipment and training personnel.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and resolve production challenges.
