ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams and will work under the direction of a licensed architect.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate architecture project development from conceptual design through construction documents for commercial facilities, including performing 3-D modeling & rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch-Up, & Enscape.
  • BIM coordination with engineers and consultants.
  • Developing & construction documents; conducting materials & code research.
  • Complete schematic design, design development & construction document drawings.
  • Prepare architectural presentations for clients using Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
  • Must have 3 years' experience in the following areas :
  • Coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction documents for commercial facilities including performing 3-D modeling & rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch-Up, & Enscape.

  • BIM coordination with engineers and consultants.
  • Developing & construction documents; conducting materials & code research.
  • Completing schematic design, design development & construction document drawings.
  • Preparing architectural presentations for clients using Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator.
  • The salary range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $75,000 to $85,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated base salary at the time of posting. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
