Overview

As a DC Operations Lead, you'll guide team members across all distribution center functions while maintaining company standards and driving operational excellence. This leadership role bridges frontline operations and management priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily DC operations including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control
• Train and mentor team members to optimize performance
• Foster positive working relationships among staff, managers, and vendors
• Achieve key performance metrics set by leadership
• Safely operate all powered equipment (with certification)
• Implement management initiatives and coordinate cross-department efforts
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Work Environment

Active distribution center with exposure to moving machinery and moderate noise levels. Safety-focused culture with PPE provided.

Physical Requirements :

Regular standing, walking, and lifting (25-50 lbs frequently, up to 100 lbs occasionally). Full range of motion required for bending, reaching, and operating equipment.

Work Environment :

Active warehouse setting with exposure to moving machinery, moderate noise levels, and occasional airborne particles. Safety equipment provided where required.
