Family Practice / Primary Care Physician Assistant

FNP / PA- Urgent Care Clinic - Rockford, IL

• Seeing all ages
• Full time 40 hours / week
• ASAP start upon credentialing
• 3 month initial contract with extension options

Clinic Hours : Clinic is open 7 days per week. Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm. Sat-Sun 10a-4p. Ideal candidate can be flexible and work any combo of days / hours. Typically 8 or 10 hour shifts. 36 scheduled patient hours and 4 hours for admin / charting.
