Salesforce Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Identify business needs, elicit specifications and requirements, and develop innovative solutions

Prepare functional specifications, review with the team, and document system processes and changes

Manage multiple projects and facilitate communication among diverse groups within the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or an Associate's degree with five years of experience in systems analysis

Two years of experience in functional design and requirements in Salesforce

Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and Lightning capabilities

Ability to create reports in Salesforce and familiarity with relational databases

Experience with Jira and knowledge of data security and encryption
