Job descriptionBreakdown of Clinic Days / Sessions and / or OR Days : Four 10hr days with tiered end of day. Independent weeknight and weekend call shared equally. Schedule of Days / Times Needed To Work / Shift Hours : On call? If so, what are the call hours? Weekday : End or OR sched until 0700 next day Weekend : End of OR shed Friday until 0700 Monday Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform : General, MAC, Regional (spinals), Labor epidural Patient Load : Varies based on daily assignments and procedures Does the Provider Have Particular Fellowship? NA Board Status Requirement (BC / BE) NBCRNA Certifications Required? BLS, ACLS, PALS BLS / PALS / ACLS Is There Additional Surgical Staff? NA Is there additional support staff? NA Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Team Based Model with MD supervision. Independent call. We have a collaborative group of MD and CRNA who support each other for on-call questions and big cases. Are there mid levels? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for mid levels? NA Trauma Level of Work Location Critical Access Rural Hospital EMR System? Epic Is the Clinic EMR Different From the Hospital EMR? NO Expectations of the Physician Culturally? We have a very respectful and collegial staff who are respectful of all providers. It is important that the locums is supportive of this. Required Phone or Virtual Interview? Medical Center needs a CRNA for maternity leave coverage. Key Requirement is comfort with independent practice and obstetrical care.

- General
- GYN
- ENT
- Urology
- Ortho
- GI Endoscopy
- Ophthalmology (cataracts)
Description of Work Assignment : Medical Center is a 25 bed rural hospital serving the needs of the local community and greater regions of Vermont and northern NY and part of the Health Network. The Anesthesiology Department is made up of one MD Anesthesiologist and 5 CRNAs with 2 Ors, 1 Procedure Room and 1 GI Endoscopy Suite. We work in a Team Based Model and the CRNAs take independent call in the evenings and weekends, which is shared equally in the group.
