About the Job :

As an Estimator at Venture, you'll play an essential role in generating and managing estimates for both current and potential projects. Working closely with project managers, you'll provide estimates, budget control, and studies that guide our projects from the business development phase through pre-construction and into construction. This role spans all project scopes, systems, and assemblies, making it key to the success of Venture's commercial and multi-family projects.

Compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $210,000
