A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Performance & Data Analyst-Remote. Key Responsibilities Analyze internal and benchmark talent acquisition data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement Research and provide data to inform strategic recruitment planning and report on performance Develop and maintain key talent acquisition performance dashboards and leadership reports Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, HR, IT, or a related field 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence focused on HR or Talent Acquisition data 1+ year of experience pulling reports and data from ATS systems, preferably Oracle Cloud Recruiting Prior recruiter or sourcing experience preferred
