About the Role
Are you passionate about turning raw data into revenue-driving strategy? We're seeking a sharp, analytical, and proactive Revenue Operations Analyst to elevate the performance of our sales organization through impactful insights and data-driven process optimization. You'll play a key role in maximizing revenue potential by transforming complex sales data into clear, actionable intelligence for leadership and frontline teams alike.
This role sits at the heart of our Revenue Operations team-owning everything from Salesforce optimization to pipeline analytics and forecast modeling. You won't just be pulling reports; you'll be creating the frameworks and tools that empower our sales and GTM teams to make smarter, faster decisions.
What You'll Do
Drive revenue insight : Design and maintain dashboards and reports that bring visibility to pipeline health, forecast accuracy, quota attainment, churn, and LTV-connecting the dots between sales activity and revenue outcomes.
Elevate strategic decisions : Translate complex datasets into concise, visual storytelling that informs executive strategy and sales planning.
Own Salesforce performance : Optimize CRM workflows (order management, quoting, SKU maintenance), ensure data hygiene, and automate processes that reduce friction for our sales team.
Champion data integrity : Audit and import data into Salesforce, build validation rules, and lead the charge on best practices for data accuracy and consistency.
Streamline revenue operations : Identify and implement continuous process improvements that enhance GTM efficiency, drive pipeline velocity, and support scale.
Enable the sales team : Develop training guides and onboarding materials that boost tool adoption and ensure reps are equipped to hit their targets.
What We're Looking For
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience : 4+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics, with strong exposure to Salesforce and sales data management.
Technical Chops :
Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas)
Comfortable building clear, compelling presentations in PowerPoint
Understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV) and sales funnel analytics
Soft Skills :
Obsessed with accuracy and detail
Communicates complex ideas clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
Solutions-oriented, with a bias for action
Bonus Points For
Salesforce certifications and experience with Data Loader or Import Wizard
Experience with GTM tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot
Previous work in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
