Job description

Lead or managed AI product or analytics teams with Data Science and AI experts

Influence at parity : Work alongside some of the most mature AI teams in the world not as a vendor, but as a peer thought leader. Will be engaging with Principal engineers, Directors, Sr. Directors, and VPs on a regular basis.

Shape next-gen architectures : work on emerging technologies (GenAI, Agentic orchestration, Small Language Models, Graph-based reasoning).

Lead by doing : Review and guide AI engineers code, validate design choices, and ensure quality across model, data, and automation pipelines.

Operate through ambiguity : Bring clarity and creativity when goals are ambitious and solutions are undefined.

Own and deliver measurable impact drive tangible improvement in solution accuracy, speed, & coverage to deliver business KPI improvement.
