The Glass Doctor of North Texas is seeking a Master Service Technician who lives and breathes glazing. This is not just another glass installation job—this is a role for someone who thrives on troubleshooting, thinking creatively , and owning the outcome.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Responding to a variety of service calls : glass replacements, door repairs, commercial hardware issues, custom retrofits, and more.
• Diagnosing problems quickly and accurately—then solving them with confidence.
• Working hands-on with glass, aluminum, hardware, weatherstripping, and seals—you're the go-to expert for it all.
• Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Taking initiative and making decisions in the field—because you know what you're doing.
