Through advanced technology and collaboration with our medical imaging experts and centers, we aim to make a meaningful impact on every patient and family we serve.

HALO is rapidly expanding its Precision Diagnostics-as-a-Service (PDaaS) offering, launching multiple new imaging center partners every month. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager (PMP required) who can own the execution of our rollout process, lead weekly cross-functional launch meetings, manage Monday.com workflows, escalate risks early, and keep every stakeholder aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Launch Management & Execution

• Manage end-to-end rollout timelines for all PDaaS client launches.
• Lead weekly launch calls across multiple accounts with internal teams and client partners.
• Track progress via Monday.com dashboards, Gantt charts, and dependency views.
• Present launch status, risks, timelines, and next steps to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks across IT, Operations, HR, AOE, and Clinical teams to ensure timely execution.
• Distribute templates, documentation, and updated materials for each launch.
• Escalate risks early and drive mitigation plans.
