Position Summary : Candidates for this role must reside in North Carolina, Missouri, or Ohio and be willing to travel up to 70%. This role reports to Lead Director, State Strategy and Growth within the Medicaid Business Development Department. This role will focus on building strategic community partnerships in new market states. This role will require a rigorous travel schedule to effectively engage with state stakeholders, attend community events, and support business development activities across the state. The Growth Strategist will serve as a local ambassador, engaging with community-based organizations (CBOs), coalitions, and stakeholders to position Aetna as a trusted partner and strengthen our competitive edge.

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $54,300.00 - $119,340.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
