Activities Aide-PRN Must have weekend availability

Job Responsibilities

1. Posting monthly activity calendars in residents rooms.

2. Supply a weekly movie from the library.

3. Assisting with residents to and from activities.

4. Keep attendance of activity daily and then turn into Activity Director.

5. Leading of group activities as planned and scheduled.

6. Initiating and motivating 1-1 activities with residents not attending group activities.

7. Assisting with residents community outings as scheduled.

8. Assisting with special events planning leading and etc.

9. Reports to Activity Director on residents responses and / or progress.

10. Reports needs of supplies to Activity Director.

11. May be responsible for general housekeeping duties in activity area.

12. Attend in service trainings as scheduled.

13. Communicates with nursing for purpose of assisting in transporting residents to activities.
