Job Description

Coverage Need Details-

• Each locum on assignment will receive a notification to their phone the night before their shift informing them which location to report.
• OT Rule : after scheduled hours
• Overtime : All OT must have physician supervisor approval before leaving that day. If no physician supervisor signature is obtained, hospital may not compensate for the over time. You will need to add a shift comment when submitting the work record as to who approved the OT if the CRNA wants reimbursement.
• Locum time card form will be provided during Orientation.
• Details surrounding Start times and OT :

Approved Start Time :

7 : 00a across the board unless assigned case time is prior to 7 : 30a.

Example : hospital start time is 7 : 00a, CRNA start time is 6 : 30a

Example : CRNA confirmed / contracted for 8 hours

working more than 8 hours that day

Locums are rarely asked to travel between campuses unless there is an emergency or urgent need.

Between our campuses, we are covering between 35-38 points of services daily.
