Order Replenishment Merchandiser

Job Location : Odessa, TX.

Work days / Shift Hours : 4 : 00am - 6 : 00am depending on call route / 40+ hr work week / Tuesday and Wednesday off days.

Compensation : Starting pay ranges from $19.10 to $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Additional Relevant Information : Swing route.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
