Job description

Join AWS Specialists And Partners Operations' Business Integration Team

You will play a crucial role in transforming AWS's internal partner experience. Our vision is to provide a unified, integrated, and intelligent experience for managing partner relationships, with your focus being partner funding and program management capabilities. You will serve as the voice of our internal customers (partner-facing roles), deeply understanding their needs and partnering with our engineering teams to deliver solutions that eliminate fragmentation between partner systems and drive efficiency. Partner is a force multiplier to AWS, accelerating reach and revenue through our network of hundreds of thousands AWS partners. This is an exciting opportunity to improve AWS internal capabilities to better co-sell with partners, leveraging intelligent automation and AI capabilities.

Key job responsibilities include :

  • Drive product vision and requirements for internal tools that enable AWS teams to effectively manage partner funding and programs with partners.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses to understand user needs and pain points, translating complex business requirements into clear product solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with sales operations teams to understand their challenges and gather requirements for new capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align internal and external partner experiences, ensuring seamless integration between systems.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline and automate partner co-sell workflows, leveraging AI and automation capabilities.
  • Create clear documentation and communication materials to support new product developments and process changes.
  • Drive comprehensive change management and launch strategies to drive successful product adoption across global teams.

A day in the life might start by reviewing feedback from internal customers about their internal partner funding and program management experiences. You will collaborate with engineering teams on new feature development, such as improving partner funding integration in seller workflows. Between meetings, you will analyze feature launch data to measure pipeline efficiency improvements and engage with sales operations teams to understand their challenges. Throughout the day, you will advocate for our internal customers, ensuring we build solutions that make partner co-sell more efficient and help grow our partner business.
