The Occupational Therapist Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. This position contributes to the rehabilitation and wellbeing of patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.

Duties :

• Assist in implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Support patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills.
• Facilitate patient engagement in therapeutic activities to promote physical and mental rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and report concerns to the supervising occupational therapist.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
