We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Compensation :
80,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
- Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
- Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
- Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations
- Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
Qualifications :
Proven track record in salesYou love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referralsPrefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experienceHigh school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferredDeadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alikeSuperior relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are necessaryBusiness mindsetRelevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and best practices is preferredExperience in sales & finance is helpful but not requiredAbout Company
