Start date : ASAP Ongoing

Shifts requested : Monday Friday 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm ; 30-minute lunch ; minimum 3 days / week

Practice setting : Outpatient Clinic

Patient load : 12 15 patients per day

Ages : All ages (must have experience with pediatric patients)

Procedures required : General dentistry, crowns, fillings, bridges, dentures, implants, root canals, simple extractions, partials, and X-rays

Requirements : BLS, DEA, CSR (if applicable), Nitrous certification, Proof of COVID Vaccination

Other : Provider works solo ; support includes dental assistant ; no hygienist onsite ; EMR : Wisdom (OCHIN Epic) ; hotel and mileage provided for travel ; 2 years minimum experience required

Benefits : Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $1,000 per referral.
