Manager, Bill Review

Provide leadership and direction to a bill review professional team. Act as a primary, independent, visionary and proactive authority; providing in-depth analysis of claims operational areas including statistical, industrial and regulatory perspectives. Provide operational consistency and integrity to claims. Serve as a technical expert with regard to department operations.

Requirements :

• Active Registered Nurse (RN)
• Previous auditing experience with auditing company or hospital required
• ICD-10 and DRG validation experience required
• Experience within the Medical Bill Review
• Experience managing or supervising a team
• CPC (Certified Professional Coding) coursework or certification a plus
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel)
