Qualifications : Must Haves :

At least 2 years of RN experience

Med Surg or Inpatient Rehab RN background

BLS through AHA

IN or Compact RN Licensure

Able to hit the ground running

Will accept locals or travel RNs

Plus :

Travel / Contract Experience

Cerner Experience

CRRN certification preferred

Disqualifiers :

Not having Med Surg or Rehab Nursing Experience

New Graduate RN

Physical Requirements :

Lifting, standing, walking

Unit Overview : Beds : 98

Nurse : to Patient Ratio : 1 : 6-8 on days; 1 : 8-10 on nights

Reports to : Nurse Manager

Personality : reliable + team oriented

Dress Code : Navy Blue Scrubs

Float : They try not to have them float

On Call : N / A

EMR : Cerner
