Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about giving back? Join our team as an Event Coordinator and help us create a positive impact with our nationwide charity drive!

Position Details :

  • Hours :  7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Location : In office (small, collaborative team)
  • Training : Hands-on training to get you up to speed!

Your Role :

  • Plan and coordinate nationwide toy drive events
  • Work closely with vendors and community partners
  • Help manage event logistics and ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with a small team to meet goals and deadlines

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in event planning or other related fields is a plus
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well on your own and with a team.
