Summary :

This position is accountable for the evaluation and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders of inpatients and outpatients as prescribed by a physician or as referrals from normal sources in accordance with approved policies, procedures and schedules.

Other information : QUALIFICATIONS :

• Master degree, institution of higher education
• CCC certified or CFY certified
• Must be licensed in PA or eligible
• Maintain standards as set forth by ASHA
