Our client is currently seeking a SLP-A for the 2024-2025 school year!
This job will have the following responsibilities :
- Assist the Speech Language Pathologist in conducting assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify communication disorders in students
- Document and maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, goals, and treatment sessions.
- Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions to students, incorporating various techniques and exercises to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and treatment plans under the supervision and guidance of the SLP.
- Follows and implements documented IEP plans and provides progress monitoring.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree Speech-Language Pathology or qualifying degreesAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDelaware State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology AssistantIf this is something you are interested in please apply for immediate consideration!
