Job Description- EWM Functional Consultant

As a EWM Functional consultant incumbent is expected to :

• Participate in implementation and Rollout projects
• be proficient in Business Analysis Business Knowledge Testing Architecture Knowledge Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
• prepare functional design and specifications system configuration perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution.
• Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provides expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge.
• Conduct or participate in user requirements gathering blueprinting & documentation designs.
• Support end users and customers to troubleshoot the technical issues in EWM tool
• Incident Management Problem Management Change and enhancement requests
• Liaison with other teams like EWM Technical ABAP technical Fiori consultants etc to get the customer issues resolved from time to time.
• Build relationships with clients to help the organization become the go-to partner for SAP EWM
• Any other task assigned by the Project Manager / supervisor / client
