Position : Field Service Engineer (Full-Time, Bilingual)
Salary : $60,000 $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Working Hours : 812 hours per day, Monday to Sunday (1 day off per week)
Position Summary
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for on-site equipment maintenance and production support for automation logistics systems. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring stable operation of customer equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation logistics equipment at customer sitesProvide production support to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operationTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issuesConduct field investigations and propose technical solutions for recurring problemsSupport PLC programming, wiring, and system adjustments related to equipment maintenanceOptimize equipment performance through inspections, adjustments, and upgradesDocument maintenance activities, service reports, and corrective actionsCommunicate with on-site customer teams and coordinate with engineering teams in KoreaRequirements
Associates or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Engineering (preferred)1+ year of automation equipment maintenance or installation experience (3+ years for senior-level consideration)Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (intermediate or higher in both speaking and reading)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent communication skills (customer-facing and internal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Flexible availability to work overtime and weekendsPhysically able to perform on-site duties (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs)Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Ohio or TennesseeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)Ability to pass background check and drug screeningEntry-level candidates welcome (training provided for motivated individuals)Benefits
