Position Highlights :

Open ICU – Procedures are not required but helpful; must be comfortable with vent management

Competitive Compensation : $327K - $382K annually ($1,800 - $2,100 per 12-hour shift W2)

Annual $25K Stipend for benefits, PTO, 401(k), and more

Lower-volume, consistent shifts with flexible scheduling

1099 or W2 options available

Day and night shifts available

Administrative and Directorship opportunities available
