This role requires proficiency in Epic charting (EpicCare Inpatient – EMR 2014 Certified EHR Suite) and the ability to provide safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced Med / Surg Burn Center setting. Travelers will primarily manage a 1 : 3 patient ratio and occasionally 1 : 4 as needed. Flexibility for holiday coverage is preferred to support team scheduling, though the facility aims to minimize holiday shifts for any one nurse.
