Key Responsibilities

• Develop write and debug CMM inspection programs using specified software.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings CAD models and GD&T specifications.
• Perform first article in-process and final inspection of manufactured components.
• Analyze measurement data and generate comprehensive inspection reports (e.g. FAIRs PPAPs).
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing CMM programs and measurement processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure quality standards and resolve non-conformances.
• Assist in the setup and validation of CMM fixtures and measurement routines.
