Securities Litigation Associate, Enforcement & Investigations

Location : Washington, D.C. office

Salary Range : $310,000 - $445,000 per year

Practice Group Overview

This Firm’s Securities Litigation Group handles a wide range of civil, criminal and regulatory matters for its corporate and individual clients. In the civil arena, they represent issuers and their directors and officers in securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation and other civil actions arising from securities‑related disputes. They also maintain an active investigations, regulatory, and government enforcement practice, representing audit and special committees in internal investigations related to accounting fraud and whistleblower claims, and defending companies and individuals in DOJ, SEC, and state attorney general investigations.

Job Focus

Associate will focus on government enforcement, investigations and crisis management for high‑profile technology and life‑science clients in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Demonstrated interest and background in government enforcement and internal investigations.
• Experience with congressional inquiries and crisis management is strongly preferred.
• Superior academic credentials; excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Admitted to the Washington, D.C. Bar, eligible to sit for next bar exam, or able to waive in.
