Evening Licensed Practical Nurse

LaSante Health Center is seeking an Evening Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support healthcare providers in addressing patient needs. The LPN will play a pivotal role as a member of the care team, delivering safe, high-quality patient care and services.

Responsibilities :

Room patients and assist during procedures / exams

Administer medications and immunizations

Monitor and document patient observations

Assist with examinations, diagnostics, and treatment

Perform diagnostic procedures within scope

Accurately document medical records

Educate patients / families on importance of health

Disinfect and sterilize instruments

Follow infection control procedures

Maintain supply inventory

Assist in additional tasks as directed by supervisor

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years healthcare experience preferred

LPN license in NY

Excellent communication skills

Ability to interact effectively with physicians, patients, and staff

Warm, welcoming attitude

Experience with EHR system (eClinicalWorks) preferred
