A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative for Patient Billing Customer Service. Key Responsibilities Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1+ year work experience required Previous experience in medical billing or customer service preferred Experience in a high-volume call environment with multiple computer applications is desirable Prior interaction with patients regarding medical information is strongly preferred
