The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dynamic medical team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care, fostering a supportive and peaceful outpatient environment.

Your Responsibilities :

• Assist with Ketamine Infusions, TMS sessions, and Spravato treatments.
• Monitor vital signs, document patient information in the EHR, and support recovery processes.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain supplies effectively.
• Educate and guide patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and care coordinators.
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient communication, payment collection, and insurance billing.
