Call Center Representative

We are seeking a temporary Call Center Representative for a 46 week assignment from mid-December through January. This role involves assisting with premium payment processing for new members.

Responsibilities :

• Answer inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries.
• Process first premium payments over the phone using credit card or bank account information.
• Ensure accuracy in payment processing and data entry.

Work Environment :

Work hours are 8 AM5 PM, MondayFriday, with potential for reduced hours based on call volume. You must be located in the Milwaukee or Appleton area to pick up equipment before starting. Dress code is business casual.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Menasha, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
