Nursing Care Specialist Position

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work within the nursing process, providing direct care to assigned patients while promoting a positive work environment and quality patient care.

• Deliver safe, direct care to an assigned group of patients as required.
• Work within hospital policies and procedures.
• Implement and document individualized care plans incorporating age-specific considerations, including discharge planning and patient / family teaching.

We seek qualified candidates with excellent communication skills, experience in patient care, and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Preferred qualifications include nationally accredited nursing graduate or bachelor's degree, CPR for Healthcare / BLS provider certification, and RN licensure in NM or reciprocal agreement.
