Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality and distribution services industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be an essential part of the Finance department supporting global distribution partnerships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Pay Range : 24.00-25.00

What's the Job?

• Reconcile data sets from Hilton and external partners to ensure accuracy in incentive payment calculations.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve variances promptly to maintain financial integrity.
• Calculate incentive payments based on contractual terms and prepare detailed reports for internal review and audits.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain comprehensive records of reconciliations, calculations, and validations to ensure audit readiness and compliance with policies.
