Inventory Control Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. You'll play a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting production needs, and driving process improvements. If you're a proactive professional with strong ERP experience and a knack for creating structure, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and execute all inventory-related activities across two operational sites.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems (Epicor experience highly preferred).
• Reconcile physical inventory with system data; research and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure adequate stock levels without overstocking.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory control.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports and recommend replenishment strategies.
• Partner with logistics, purchasing, and operations to optimize inventory flow and support demand forecasting.

Qualifications and Skills

Compensation Range : $55,000 - $70,000

Benefits Offered : 2 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.
