Job Opportunity At Mastercraft Redi Mix LLC

Temporary, full-time position available from 03 / 01 / 2026 through 11 / 30 / 2026. Five driver positions available. Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in Archuleta County. The schedule is 7 : 00 am-4 : 00 pm, 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays required. Workers will be paid weekly at $26.67 per hour, with overtime at $40.01 per hour. Raises and bonuses are at the employer's discretion. Opportunity for higher pay depending on experience.

Drive a concrete mixer truck over 26,001 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) to construction sites to deliver the concrete. Clean the truck after each delivery to prevent concrete from hardening. Cleaning will be done with water hose, hand-held brush, and premixed cleaning chemicals. Must have or be able to obtain a valid CDL driver's license. No minimum education required. No experience required, will train.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
