Position :

  • F lex Support Driver [Class A CDL with Doubles]
  • Tuesday to Saturday
  • Schedule is Flexed between day shifts and overnight shifts depending on demand for the current week. Exp. You might run day shifts for 5 weeks and then possibly 2 weeks overnight. The shift will stay the same for the current week.
  • Drop and Hook, pulling doubles and single trailers for FedEx Ground
  • Position will cover shifts out of Rogers, Mahtomedi, & New Brighton, Mn.

    • Basic Qualifications :

  • Valid CDL A License : Must hold a current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Driving Experience : A minimum of 1 year of Class A CDL driving experience is required.
  • Doubles / Triples Endorsement : Must possess a valid Doubles / Triples Endorsement or be willing to obtain one.
  • Basic Mechanical Knowledge : Ability to demonstrate basic mechanical commonsense related to truck operations.
  • Cleanliness Standards : Commitment to keeping the truck's interior clean and well-maintained.
  • Technology Proficiency : Comfortable using technology for Electronic Logging Device, navigation and communication tasks.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and customers.

    • The pay range for this role is :

    1,500 - 1,900 USD per week(FedEx Ground Rogers)
