We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing neighborhood-based practice model. This role is designed to prioritize quality over volume, giving you more time with patients and less administrative burden.

Responsibilities

Provide primary care for adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting

Lead a care team in coordinating patient health plans

Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness strategies

Utilize EMR to maintain accurate patient records

Participate in clinic-wide initiatives to improve quality and reduce hospital admissions

Qualifications

MD / DO, Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Active / unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility)

DEA license and U.S. work authorization
