The Client Dept’s Transportation Business Relations & Customer Service unit is seeking a Technical Specialist to support IT Procurement Services. The role involves business systems analysis, understanding client IT commodity / service needs, and supporting procurement documentation and justification.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze IT service / commodity requests and past procurement history
- Document business impact, hosting environment, PCI compliance needs
- Assist in strategic IT purchasing planning
- Provide reporting and metrics for process improvements
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions
