Our client in Reston, Virginia is seeking a full-time Seasonal Tax Support Associate to join their team during the upcoming busy season. This role is well-suited for someone with prior experience preparing individual and business returns who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The position focuses on tax data entry, document organization, and providing support to licensed tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of returns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with preparing basic individual and business tax returns under supervision
• Enter tax data and supporting information into internal systems
• Review W-2s, 1099s, and other tax documents for completeness and accuracy
• Help maintain organized client files and workpapers
• Support senior tax staff with simple schedules and reconciliations
• Assist with department deadlines, extensions, and general administrative tasks
