Description : The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) supports surgical teams by ensuring all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized, counted, and prepared. Responsibilities include maintaining sterile fields, assisting with procedures, and anticipating surgeon needs throughout the operation. The CST plays a vital role in patient safety and surgical efficiency.
